Within 14 days
If you are not happy with Pro, ask for a refund within 14 days of the charge. If you used less than 20% of that period's research runs, we refund the charge in full.
Always refunded
Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, and periods where an outage on our side stopped you from using the service are refunded in full, at any time.
Otherwise
Outside these cases we do not refund partial periods. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email, or include your username and the date of the charge. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
